SuperFiT

SuperFit is an arrangement of “stations” involving cardio endurance and resistance training. As you go from one station to another with equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, ab exercises, wall balls and more, you engage multi muscle groups.

DEKA is a competitive fitness program based on functional movements, geared for any age, or ability. This station to station program uses strength exercises for everyday function and to prevent injuries now and in the future. Train with a purpose!
