In our KickBoxing classes you’ll learn the correct form for footwork, punches and kicks with hundreds of variations, and KickBoxing for fitness is a great workout that will keep you excited and interested. 

BOXING

Boxing for fitness is a serious core and body weight workout and we add functional exercises and workouts for a full body workout. Jab, right cross and then a left hook combinations will get you in serious shape.

SuperFiT

SuperFit is an arrangement of “stations” and circuits involving cardio endurance and resistance training. As you go from one station to another with equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, ab exercises, wall balls and more, you’ll engage multi muscle groups. HIIT, interval, strenght and cardo all in one great class.

DEKA

DEKA is a competitive fitness program based on functional movements, geared for any age, or ability. This station to station program uses strength exercises for everyday function and to prevent injuries now and in the future. Train with a purpose!
