Deliver a jab, right cross and then a left hook and other great combinations with a serious core and body weight workout. This is serious fun that will get you in serious shape!
Circuit Training
Circuit Training is an arrangement of “stations” involving cardio endurance and resistance training. As you go from one station to another with equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, ab exercises, wall balls and more, you engage multi muscle groups.
