The Kickbox Club
Circuit Training is an arrangement of “stations” involving cardio endurance and resistance training. As you go from one station to another with equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, ab exercises, wall balls and more, you engage multi muscle groups.
For a relatively simple piece of equipment, the heavy bag delivers many amazing benefits. It’s a full-body workout that sharpens self-defense skills and helps create a defined, muscular body.
Flexibility, Stability & core
The class will finish up with stretching and core work. No matter what your specific goal is, your routine should incorporate elements of flexibility, stability and developing core strength.
