You’ll learn the correct form for footwork, punches and kicks with hundreds of variations, and kickboxing is a great workout that will keep you excited and interested. 

BOXING

Deliver a jab, right cross and then a left hook and other great combinations with a serious core and body weight workout. This is serious fun that will get you in serious shape!

HIIT CLASSES

HIIT includes “Stations” that utilizes functional training classes to focus on safe full-body strength and cardio exercises that will have you looking and feeling like an athlete.

YOUTH CLASSES

Youth Boxing and Kickboxing are an opportunity for kids 6-12 years of age to learn proper technique and burn calories with a great cardio workout while having the most fun allowable on a school day!!!

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is an arrangement of “stations” involving cardio endurance and resistance training. As you go from one station to another with equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, ab exercises, wall balls and more, you engage multi muscle groups.

Heavy Bags

For a relatively simple piece of equipment, the heavy bag delivers many amazing benefits. It’s a full-body workout that sharpens self-defense skills and helps create a defined, muscular body.
